About the studio

Guest Theory is a concept-driven hospitality studio focused on shaping brands, spaces and guest experiences with clarity and emotional depth. We work at the intersection of atmosphere, positioning and visual language, creating concepts that feel coherent from first impression to final touch point. Our approach combines strategic thinking, aesthetic restraint and sensory intention to help hospitality spaces feel distinctive, elevated and memorable.

Rather than treating branding, space and guest interaction as separate layers, we develop them as one integrated system. The result is a stronger identity, a clearer experience and more desirable presence.

Founder & Creative Director

Founded by Patricia Jiménez, Guest Theory emerges from a concept-first approach to hospitality — where every space begins with an emotional intention, not a visual reference.

With a background shaped by design, spatial thinking and a deep observation of human behavior, her work focuses on how places are felt, not just how they are seen.

Rather than following trends or predefined styles, Patricia developed The Guest Theories — a proprietary framework that defines how a space should feel, behave and be remembered.

Each concept is built as a complete system, where brand, space and experience are designed as one. Nothing is decorative.
